Kentucky Roses
Hallmark Channel, 8 p.m. ■ Original Film
Hallmark Channel pairs up with Churchill Downs Racetrack, home of the Kentucky Derby, for this movie shot on location at the legendary horse racing venue in Louisville. The story follows Sadie Moore (Odette Annable), who works in the greenhouse at Churchill Downs and dreams of one day becoming a florist who contributes to the Derby’s garland of roses. Sadie meets Ash Taylor (Andrew Walker), who has been hired to do emergency repairs on one of the grandstand’s famous spires. Romance soon blooms, but both Sadie and Ash feel the weight of their family legacies and a long-buried, bittersweet love story from the past that threatens to repeat itself.
Kidnapped in Her Own Home: The Martha Carelli Story

Castle star Stana Katic returns to TV in this chilling film about Martha Carelli, a woman whose quiet life is shattered when a masked-fugitive takes her hostage. Forced to drive him across state lines, Martha finds herself trapped in a dangerous psychological battle where survival depends on both courage and cunning. The film was inspired by Ann Rule’s true-crime story “The Painter’s Wife,” from the book Smoke, Mirrors, and Murder.
To Philly With Love
Hallmark, 10 p.m. ■ Original Film
This is an encore airing of last month’s Hallmark premiere, which finds a teacher and an archivist decoding Revolutionary War-era love letters. Their findings take them on a thrilling journey through Philadelphia, where they uncover history and a love story of their own. Stars Rebecca Dalton and Stephen Huszar.
