outstanding customer service.
CITY OF CONCORD
The city of Concord celebrated High Five Friday by recognizing its quarterly high-performers for going above and beyond.
These individuals were selected by Concord's Customer Service Advancement Team (CSAT) from this quarter's pool of high-five recipients for best embodying one or more of the city's five principles of excellent customer service.
