Previously we thought this one was from a Concord Rotary Club meeting. Instead it is from a fundraising campaign for the Sunday School Building wing at St. James Lutheran Church in 1965-66. Pictured are Lutheran fundraiser Clint Schroeder, Ray Cline, the Rev. T.C. Plexico and the Rev. Dr. William Downey, the speaker for the occasion. Downey was the chaplain who spoke and prayed with the crew of the Enola Gay B-29 Superfortress before they dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima, Japan.
