He'll be remembered for his work with the Boy Scouts. He'll be remembered for his work as an attorney. He'll be remembered for his work as a judge. He is already missed in our community. Erwin Spainhour was a "North Star."
William Erwin Spainhour was Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 3 for 20 years. Even before his two sons, John and Andrew, were of Scouting age, he took them on camping trips where they learned navigation and survival skills, said family friend Harris Morrison.
