It’s almost time for the Fall Safe Disposal Event. Concord is partnering with Cabarrus County Government and Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont to give residents a way to confidentially dispose of paper (up to 5 trash bags or bankers boxes), electronics (TVs, computers and other devices), and unused or expired medication in a safe and environmentally friendly way. The event will be from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at The Village parking lot, 280 Concord Parkway S., Concord.
