CONCORD, N.C. -- Tension building for months among Cabarrus County commissioners came to a head Wednesday when Commissioner Chairman Liz Poole questioned whether recently appointed Commissioner Jason Oesterreich had gone too far by speaking on the entire board’s behalf to local school officials earlier this week.
