WEST COLUMBIA, S.C.A funeral service for Claire Fulmer Keel, 92, of West Columbia, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, 2015, at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, 4720 Augusta Rd., Lexington, SC 29073. Pastors Steve Cloud and Steve Allen will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, 461 Church St N, Concord, NC 28025. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening (Friday, Feb. 27), at Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington.Mrs. Keel passed away Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015. Born in New Brookland, now West Columbia, she was a daughter of the late R.H. Fulmer and Gladys Kreps Fulmer.She is survived by her daughter, Patricia "Patti" Keel-Gardner, of Lexington; son, Brad Keel and his wife, Gail, of Valdosta, Ga.; son, Mike Keel, of Charleston, S.C.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandsons; and a large and loving extended family.She was predeceased by her loving husband, James B.
