Family Day crafts bring lines, shapes and colors to the lawn this Saturday

  • 0
Family Day

Enjoy some fresh air and fun, free crafts on the front lawn of the Cabarrus Arts Council this Saturday from 1-4 p.m.

Bring the kids and join us for Family Day this Saturday, May 21, from 1-4 p.m.

We'll set up three creation stations on the front lawn for our three crafts - each one focusing on something interesting about the artwork in our current exhibition, a solo show of Anne Pell Harkness' work.

Anne's love of lines and geometric shapes, and her use of color will play predominant roles.

family

Family Day is also the perfect time to play our I Spy Scavenger Hunt - a fun way to learn more about the exhibition by studying it in detail.

The day is free and ideal for preschool and elementary school ages. Our May Family Day is sponsored by Atrium Health.
