Wake Forest University is banning students from making chalk messages on university sidewalks for the remainder of the academic year after individuals vandalized sidewalks with antisemitic language and after the university received reports of racist, Islamophobic, and homophobic speech on campus, according to a statement from the university’s President Susan Wente.
