Congress has long denied the 55,000+ people of the Lumbee Tribe disaster relief funds and the basic education and childcare services they deserve. I recently had the opportunity to listen to Frank McNeill, the Democratic nominee for Congress, talk at a breakfast in Concord. McNeill spoke, then answered questions for nearly an hour.
