Starring Greer Garson TCM, beginning at 6 a.m. Today's celebration of the renowned elegance, intelligence and regal bearing of actress Greer Garson begins with Remember?(1939), a romantic comedy where Sky Ames (Lew Ayres) is the everlasting love of Linda (Garson) until she falls for Jeff (Robert Taylor), Sky's best friend. Jeff and Linda marry, but the relationship falls apart, prompting Sky, who wants the couple to be happy, to give them a memory-loss potion. Will Jeff and Linda fall back in love after forgetting each other? Next is the more academic Madame Curie(1943), which follows Marie (Garson), one of the few female physics students at the Sorbonne, as she encounters doubts about her abilities from her male counterparts.
