KANNAPOLIS, N.C. – The Kannapolis Education Foundation celebrated its 20th anniversary and honored the legacy of Dale Earnhardt Sr., who provided the group’s seed money, during a fundraising breakfast at the North Carolina Research Campus on Tuesday.
