I strongly endorse Vince Powell’s re-election to Cabarrus County Schools Board Of Education. Vince is well grounded and is the only board member to have a background in education. He understands the importance of streamlining bureaucracy so that the classroom teachers can actually teach.
Powell’s experience and willingness to listen sets him apart
