On behalf of Cooperative Christian Ministry, I would like to thank the students and staff of A. L. Brown and Concord High Schools and their feeder schools for the food drive contest that was held in conjunction with the annual "Bell Game". We received a total of 7,556 pounds of food that will be distributed through our main food pantry and seven satellite food pantries in our community. The real winners of this contest are our clients who will have an excellent selection of food from which to select over the next few months.
