The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant Sept. 16 at 214 Valhalla Drive in Harrisburg. The investigation began Aug. 24 in partnership with organized retail theft investigators from Lowe’s, Home Depot, Target, Harbor Freight and Harris Teeter (Kroger), according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
