Some years ago, Barbara and I traveled to Mt Airy with a friend. I had never been to that city, but Jan said she had, so I never stopped to look at a map. The only way I had heard about getting to Mt. Airy was up Highway 52, but Roman, said it was closer to go Interstate I-77. I believed her and we went streaking up I-77. When we were north of Statesville it seemed we had been traveling a long time I turned to Jan and verified she had previously gone that way. She said yes, but concluded I am not always good with directions. I said to myself, now she tells me. Nevertheless, we didn't have to make a U-turn, because we soon saw the exit for Mt. Airy.
Is it time to make a u-turn?
