Some would think it strange for the Psalmist to write "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints" (Ps. 116:15, NKJV). Yet, the reader must understand this refers to “through the eyes of God”. A saint is a true believer in the Lord Jesus Christ or one of God’s children who has given his life to Christ knowing that one day his final home will be with our Lord.
